河南位于中东部、黄河中下游，介于北纬31°23′-36°22′、东经110°21′-116°39′之间，承东启西，古称天地之中。河南属暖温带-亚热带、湿润-半湿润季风气候，有适合酿酒、存酒的地域优势，怡人的自然环境，为存储原浆酒提供先天条件。

1、杜康

杜康是我国古代传说中的“酿酒始祖”，杜康酒是白酒品牌。关于酒的起源的多种说法中，真正与酒的酿造有关系的，是杜康。他的历史贡献在于创造了秫酒的酿造方法。秫酒就是用黏性高粱为原料制成的清酒，即粮食造的酒。杜康奠定了我国酒品制造业的基础，被后人尊崇为酿酒鼻祖和酒圣，又被称作酒祖。

2、宋河

3、仰韶酒

仰韶酒是河南省三门峡市渑池县的特产。仰韶酒，属浓香型，系中州佳酿。历史悠久，是古“醴泉春”的继承的发展，酒厂设在举世闻名的“仰韶文化”发源地渑池县而得名。口感绵甜、芳香浓郁，清爽甘冽，略带苹果香味;无头晕脑胀之感，有回味悠长之美。

4、鸡公山白酒

鸡公山白酒产于十大美酒的产区之一淮河流域，是河南省信阳市的特产之一。鸡公山白酒继承三千年古酒酿造工艺，酿造的白酒具有“入口农清酱，落口芝麻香，绵柔醇厚，空杯留香”的特点。鸡公山白酒与信阳毛尖，南湾鱼，被称为“信阳三宝”。

6、赊店酒业河南赊店老酒有限公司的简称。河南赊店老酒股份有限公司地处全国历史文化名镇赊店镇东部，西邻全国重点文物保护单位山陕会馆，东靠潘河。是河南白酒酿造行业历史悠久、文化厚重的企业，具有年产白酒5万吨的生产能力。
